Utah native Erin Robertson is the newest member of fashion’s “in” crowd as the winner of season 15 of Lifetime’s Emmy®-nominated series Project Runway. Out-sewing her fellow finalists, Laurence Basse and Rik Villa of Los Angeles and Roberi Parra of Miami, Robertson clinched the coveted prize with her innovative designs, unique vision and quirky aesthetic that made her a fan-favorite all season long.
Currently living in Cambridge, MA, Robertson’s hard work was evident on the runway at New York Fashion Week, with her collection featuring a playful use of colors and sequins that reflect her signature style. Her fashion-forward collection impressed the show’s judges Heidi Klum, Nina Garcia, Zac Posen and this year’s finale guest judge, Zendaya.
As the winner, Robertson receives $100,000 to launch her business. Sally Beauty will supply a year’s worth of products along with an additional $25,000 cash prize. Travel and hotel accommodations to inspiring destinations around the world from Best Western Hotels and Resorts will also be provided, and from Mary Kay, Robertson receives an entire year’s worth of beauty products for her fashion show and professional makeup artist services for her debut show. Roberston will also receive a new Lexus IS sedan and a complete sewing and crafting studio from Brother Sewing and Embroidery.
