"We're going to match your root color to your eyebrow color today," comments expert colorist Lila Carlino. "It's a Level 6.5 neutral brown and we're going to tone down the ends so we can get rid of the red. We're going to make it shiny and natural. Lila's a person of her word; see the results visually. We've worked with her since last summer, and she's been able to successfully execute each of our color visions each visit. Wella Gloss 771 (chocolate and ash) and Wella Gloss 7 (neutral) were used in equal portions to finish off the look successfully, we were told.

Collar-bone hair length is popular right now and it's a great look for heart shaped faces and it's universally flattering. Some people look better with layers around their face; if you have a longer face, a blunt cut looks really great. Use spray sunscreen on your hair this summer and look for SPF 50 and over. Reapply it, especially if you get hair wet. Wet your hair with regular water before you go in the ocean or the pool, and rinse it when you get out. It helps keep the salts out of your hair."
