Chef William "Whip" Burks remembers learning to cook aside his Scottish grandmother. Those memories are behind his traditional and delicious Scottish shortbread cookies, made in small batches in the USA.
Peachy tried the Key Lime and is incredibly impressed with the brilliant consistency and accent of lime flavor which accentuates perfectly without overwhelming the shortbread. A satisfying crisp of the shortbread is perfect to improve your tea or coffee hot or cold. The Key Lime sings a song of summer or Florida any time of year. The classy packaging is a knockout and we love the calligraphy of course.
