Mures Tasmania wins in National Restaurant Industry Awards
The 2017 Savour Australia™ Restaurant & Catering Hostplus National Awards for Excellence, celebrating the achievements of Australia’s finest hospitality businesses, were held at Melbourne’s Peninsula, 30 October 2017.
Mures Tasmania were honoured as recipients of two National Awards
Mures Upper Deck, Seafood Restaurant – Formal (SILVER)
PEARL + CO, Café Dining (SILVER)
Owners and Restaurant and Catering Australia (R&CA) members, Will Mure and Jude Mure were present to accept the awards and said “We are very pleased and humbled to be honoured with these awards by this panel of industry influencers who understand the challenges and opportunities facing businesses today. It’s a wonderful result and acknowledgement of our teams’ drive, hard work and continued commitment to quality and customer service across all aspects of our family’s business.” Mure added “We’re proud to play a role in ensuring that our local guests, as well as, the growing number of visitors, are provided, a unique Tasmanian experience, with the best food and services that Tasmania can offer.”
The Savour Australia Awards for Excellence is a nationally recognised, independently judged awards program of Cafés, restaurants and catering businesses, across Australia, demonstrating exceptional service, culinary excellence and value for money across 41 different categories. The award winners from each category are determined by individual judges trained in the Restaurant and Catering Evaluation System (RACES) program.
