Everything is clean and well-organized here. We love that. And no, you don't see that everywhere in New York. The pizza is most competitive from its delicious sauce to its oozy perfect cheese to the ideally thin crust that has strength akin to superman to hold up your ingredients.

You know your lunch didn't look this good today! Unless of course, you went to Previti.

We often order vegetables on pizza because of the health benefits and also because they are delicious at the right pizza places like Previti. The vegetables are fresh here. They are not fresh everywhere. Every bite of this classic announced excellence in pizza. The ratio of ingredients to each other worked so well, and this pizza did not live a long life.

On our pizza place reviews we always are looking for a green salad, pasta course and entree however, Previti does not do those. That's how much we like their pizza-we let them skip those! Aside from Pizza, Previti is also amazingly talented at sandwiches, which heat up better than anyone else's. They are huge and you can eat more than Peachy if you can eat a whole sandwich of theirs at once.

This is the creme de la creme: Chicken and Provolone with Spinach Truffle Cream Sauce. We were checking for consistency and it is consistently superlative! This is the most decadent sandwich we've seen in a pizza place. Rich and delicious, it is what you should be eating right now.

We often order chicken parm and meatball parm, but this time we decided to try EGGPLANT parm, equally delicious and probably a more intelligent choice as we head into bathing suit season. If you like your vegetables to hit the spot, you order this!

Remember the where's the beef commercials? No one is wondering where is the eggplant here.

In general, Peachy is not super crazy about calzones. She is absolutely super crazy about the Meatball Calzone here stuffed with ricotta, mozzarella and of course meatballs.

Look at that gorgeous mountain of cheese! Will you be able to open this wide?

This is the best calzone we have had this year.

If you are more in the mood for pinkie out ooh la la, try the broccoli stramboli. For anyone that thinks they do not like broccoli, think again! Every bite of this twisty wonder was truly magnificent, outside and inside. And, another way to get your vegetables in...

And the latest and greatest? Perfectly breaded mozzarella sticks, ready to cannonball into marinara! Lightly breaded, they are sure to delight all ages.
