#SpectacularSpectacles #FashionAlert #HealthyPeachy #WhomYouKnow #VisualOptique : Visual Optique by Felix Smotritskiy Highly Recommended by Whom You Know for Repairing Silhouette Temples and Washer Replacement! Introducing Visual Optique in their First Feature.

Meet Felix, superstar fixer of glasses!
Nothing happens at Whom You Know if Peachy can't SEE!!!
It's not who you know, it's WHOM YOU KNOW and now we are so glad to know Felix Smotritskiy, Licensed Optician:
But at the end of the day, it doesn't matter whom you know if you can't see.
Seeing is of high importance to us (see Chandelier Peachy) and we are looking to develop our Spectacular Spectacles column.  If you wear rimless glasses, you pull the temples apart to put them on your head, obviously so you can see.  One day, Peachy did this and her Silhouette temple snapped.  You absolutely cannot wear these with one temple.
We searched high and low until we found a Silhouette expert, and Felix is.   There are few, and Felix was the nicest and the smartest.  He has been the owner of Visual Optique since 2004 and he started in the optical field in 1993 after coming to the USA from Russia in 1991 with six degrees.  Yes, Felix is a smart cookie.  In 1992, Felix earned his Opthalmic Dispensary Certification and in 1995 he earned his Associate Degree from SUNY for his profession.

Visual Optique carries 15 major lines of glasses including Matisse, made in Italy hand-painted; Orgreen; Kerf, Scandanavian; and Moda, which we featured awhile ago with Mover and Shaker Jennifer Creel.  He also does sunglasses and contact lenses.

Fortunately, Felix actually had the part that we needed on hand, but if he doesn't he can order it.  Felix shares our philosophy of quality first in everything: frames, lenses and customer service.  He is the sole proprietor and based not only on our interaction but also witnessing him interact with other clients, it's clear that he cares about delivering the best and people love working with him.
Not only did he replace the broken temple, but fabulous Felix went the extra mile and replaced all eight of Peachy's washers, which were wobbly.  Washers are also known as brushings; the pins of the temple go inside the washer to secure the temple in place.

We hope your glasses never break.  But if they do, you know who to visit!

Felix and Visual Optique are Highly Recommended by Whom You Know for Silhouette Glasses Repair.
