#ReadThis #EnglandPeachy #TastyTidbits @RylandPeters #WhomYouKnow Risotto by MAXINE CLARK #Risotto

Not to be confused with the American Build-a-Bear Founder (who doesn't love that?!) Maxine Clark, this Maxine Clark in just over 150 pages has made Risotto an art form. Who knew there could be so many risottos? Highly creative and well-organized, this book makes a fantastic book for anyone you know that likes to cook and is not already an Italian chef because they probably know all of this (Yes, they read us. We review them!).  She will elucidate your risotto vocabulary and knowledge in a big way.

The seafood selections are particularly outstanding, and the instructions are clear and the photography is fantastic. Risotto may seem like it is impossible to make and you may be enthralled with restaurant versions, but it will be at the very least fun for you to try your hand at this art. We will warn you, it is labor-intensive and we didn't see any five minute quick ones.

Particularly as the weather cools down, these recipes look warm and inviting, and are great for the weekend!
