Brad Blaine, Head of Sales in New York and John Slagel, Director of Eastern Sales Operations both of Sunkist Growers, best in show!
It's not who you know, it's WHOM YOU KNOW and we know Sunkist Growers, our favorite at the New York Produce Show. They keep getting better and better and we've known them for years. Citrus King John tells us that right now Blood Oranges are the hottest game in town and they are absolutely delicious. What a great stocking stuffer: we're talking to you, Santa. Their team just got stronger with Managing Director of North American Sales, Jeff Gaston, who not only excels in culinary endeavors but also is well-versed in everyone's favorite sports column, NHL Peachy (nearly 1,000 posts); maybe Jeff even knows all the words to O Canada.
VALUES
Across the sunny citrus groves of California and Arizona, the Sunkist cooperative reflects the values of its 120-year history: family-owned farms, traditional growing practices, stewardship of natural resources, and a dedication to innovation.
Founded on the principle that we are stronger together, our growers – large and small – work to offer quality, fresh citrus that consumers enjoy worldwide.

Aesthetics matter and so do displays. To that end, we were happy to meet Dan McAllister, Produce Merchandiser of Bozzuto's Incorporated from the best part of the Great State (and obviously, best state) of Connecticut (Florida too). Their display of the pepper Christmas tree and train sets were Dan's idea.
