2010 Chicago Blackhawks
Patrick Kane’s overtime goal gives Chicago its fourth Stanley Cup and first in 49 years. It was the 16th time that the Cup had been won on an OT goal.
2011 Boston Bruins
After facing a 3-2 series deficit, the Bruins win Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final on the road - the fourth team ever to do so - to claim their first title in 39 years.
2012 Los Angeles Kings
Los Angeles ends a 44-season wait by winning its first Stanley Cup, becoming the first team ever to claim the title after starting the playoffs as the lowest seed in their conference.
2013 Chicago Blackhawks
The Blackhawks turn a 2-1 deficit into a 3-2 win in a span of 17 seconds during the final 1:16 of the third period, becoming the first club to clinch a Stanley Cup via a comeback win in the final two minutes of regulation.
2014 Los Angeles Kings
The Kings go 7-0 when facing elimination in the postseason - the most such wins ever by a Stanley Cup champion - en route to claiming their second title in three years. Their clinching win comes in double-OT.
2015 Chicago Blackhawks
The Blackhawks claim their third Stanley Cup in a six-year span - with seven players on each winning roster - but receive the Cup on home ice for the first time in more than 81 years.
2016 Pittsburgh Penguins
The Penguins win their fourth Stanley Cup and second with Sidney Crosby as captain. The clinching victory comes exactly seven years after they last captured the trophy in 2009.
2017 Pittsburgh Penguins
The Penguins win their second Stanley Cup in as many years, becoming the first repeat champs since the Red Wings 19 years earlier. It is the second time Pittsburgh wins back-to-back Cups (also 1991 & 1992).
2018 Washington Capitals
Alex Ovechkin guides the Capitals to their first Stanley Cup in their 43-season history as Washington becomes the second team in NHL history to hoist the trophy despite trailing in all four playoff rounds.
2019 St. Louis Blues
The Blues hoist the Stanley Cup for the first time in their 52-season history and become the first team in the NHL’s expansion era to win the Cup after ranking last place in the overall standings at any point after its 30th game.
