  It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas and Ammos Estiatorio on Vanderbilt Avenue in Midtown Manhattan right next to Grand Central is beautifully decorated:

And where better to celebrate than Ammos Estiatorio with its sublime Mediterranean cuisine!
A divine way to commence your holiday experience at Ammos Estiatorio is with the absolutely gorgeous Garides Kataifi: Shrimp!
Delicate premium angel hair phyllo dough hugs the shrimp that was dipped in egg yolk to ignite your appetite.  The sauce is roasted garlic and this is hearted with butter, cream, rosemary, black pepper and Greek salt.  A satisfying crunch and superior seafood taste awaits your excited tastebuds!
From every angle, the pan-seared Yellowfin Tuna is a winner.
Gloriously medium-rare by Executive Chef Bruno Marino, this Yellowfin Tuna is sourced domestically and teams up with hearty brussel sprouts and fingerling potatoes.  This beautifully-appointed array perches upon a premium avocado mousse puree.
Now we are onto the two dishes that Bruno references and explains in the above video at the top of this article.  His videos continue to prove to be pure gold winners for Ammos!  Meet the Chilean Sea Bass, sourced from the South Pacific:
This is created with the Plaki-System method of cooking, slowly cooked with white wine, great care and love from Ammos!  Carrots, vidalia onions, garlic, yukon potatoes and red bliss potatoes are a symphony of holiday goodness finished with rich butter from grass-fed cows which makes all the difference.
Bruno also introduces the Arni which is lamb in Greek in the above video.  This Youvetzi entree is slow-braised in the oven baked in fresh tomato broth and crafted with artisan orzo and feta creating a multitude of quality flavors to put the cheer in your holiday.

Created with the Zibibbo grape which grows in Alexandria in Northern Greece, Blink boasts a lovely citrus aroma with notes of pear as well.
Ammos is perfection for your next event!  There are three banquet rooms and the mezzanine upstairs seats up to 35 guests any time of the year.
At the main level, there is also the Grand Room which has a capacity of 48 people and Prive which hosts up to 22 people.  These are brand new and part of the amazing renovation Ammos did expanding their space which includes a larger bar and lounge area as well.
The richness of the chocolate lava cake announces a quality firework finish to your holiday dinner.
