There are not many places Peachy wants to go when it is below freezing in Manhattan, but Oath Pizza is one of them! We have not been to Oath in a ridiculously long time-not since covid. But we were delighted to see they are still killing it with their superior pizza, thrilling everyone that resides on the Upper East Side! They were last featured at the end of 2019:
A lot of places we have reviewed have closed permanently, and only the strongest have survived. Everything at Oath Pizza was as spectacular as we remember and we are proponents of the green salad, always. It is a perfect balance to pizza (along with wine and champagne, supplied by you or whatever we are suggesting in Champagne Wishes...!)
Above, meet the Greek salad. Greek as you know is one of our favorites because Ammos is the place to be, and the Oath Pizza Greek salad is a healthy winner. It's pictured above and as you know from the past 13 years-yes can you believe Whom turns 13 this month-Peachy does not eat salad dressing but if you do, Oath accommodates. Below is the Caesar Salad, another nutritious delight that is a winning classic. Note these are well-sized and not teeny tiny salads and you want to be at your most healthy during a worldwide epidemic!
Continuing along the healthy theme in case that is your New Year's Resolution, meet the Farmer's Garden pizza. If you think there are not Farmer's Gardens in Manhattan obviously you have not eaten this winner composed of house-made tomato sauce, mozzarella blend, baby spinach, mushrooms, roma tomatoes, kalamata olives, red onion, roasted garlic, grana padano cheese, and wild italian oregano. Channel your inner bunny rabbit and wiggle your nose and hop your tail to third avenue because you don't want to miss this firework of a pizza to up your health.
