We have never met Kristin and Jen the comedians behind #IMOMSOHARD in person, but we feel we have now that we have tried their invention through vineyard and through bottle. It's an exciting day at Whom You Know when we introduce a new line of wine: meet Accomplice!

They may boast humor, however, don't let their smiling faces and laughing voices fool you. There is nothing funny about the quality of this wine: it's something to take seriously. All three wines are made by winemaker Marty Spate and we love that they are made in the USA, earning them a double feature. The laudable versatility of each of the three wines make celebrating whatever the occasion-or really, no occasion other than having a great day! And we envy the California good weather all year which earns them the top state status in the USA. All three varieties are Classic California American, and to make summer last a little bit longer, we suggest the 2021 Rose!

Accomplice Rosé smells like strawberry, pear and citrus blossom, tastes like watermelon and honeydew, and beats out its competition. Bright and acidic, it pairs perfectly with fruit, cheese, and sunny days. Or don’t sweat the pairings and enjoy this one all on its own.

For an art gallery party where you should be serving a white, we suggest the 2020 Chardonnay!Opens bright and fruity, finishes all vanilla and cream, this Chardonnay is always full of surprises. Stick around for the long, structured finish; this one’s done plenty of time in the barrel. A bottle of Accomplice Chardonnay paired with your favorite charcuterie board and event in Manhattan!

Our favorite of the three was without a doubt the Cabernet Sauvignon.

Bold and easy to drink, this smooth criminal pairs beautifully with whatever’s in the fridge. Flavors of blackberry, plum, and currant along with subtle, smooth tannins make this one a California Cab worth writing home about (or running away with)
