Happiness is White Santorini Linguine crafted by Executive Chef Bruno Marino!
Originated from the Santorini Island of Greece in the storied tradition, this recipe is reimagined by the brilliance of Bruno!  Succulent U8 sized shrimp star in this island dish sensation accentuated by three types of bell peppers, garlic and diced onions.  Heightened with Santorini wine, it's further flavored by delectable feta and parmesan culminating in a culinary extravaganza to celebrate Father's Day!  It is delicious any and every day according to Peachy Deegan who is honored to be among the first to try it and it's one of the best Ammos hits ever she says.
A fish is just a fish until it arrives in the kitchen of Ammos Estiatorio.
Under the tutelage of Executive Chef Bruno Marino, it's transformed into a delicacy unsurpassed.  Here please meet the Glossa, a Mediterranean Fluke, which perches upon a Greek Orzo Semolina.  Green peas, Bell pepper, Corn, String Beans, Carrots, Onions and Wild Mushrooms add color and nutrition to this Father's Day feast beautifully garnished by radicchio and frisee.  Ladolemo sauce of fresh squeezed meyer lemons, evoo, a touch of saffron and salt and black pepper flavor this further.
Celebratory dots of beets, wild berry and balsamic creatively punctuate the Marino masterpiece.
The Meth'Imon 7 is a classic wine from Greece that is a versatile winner deserving of your Father's Day attention.  Syrah, grenache rouge, and limniona, a particular grape that grows in Thessaly in Greece are well-blended achieving an ideal wine that pairs spectacularly with veal, meat or fish.  The notes are evocative of fruits of the forest and this wine is easy to drink and pleasant on the palate, crafted by Dougos the number one winemaker in Greece.
