Brand spanking new to the to-die-for dinner menu, THE LOBSTER MANGO SALAD makes summer extend forever into your summer at the prime of its existence. Let us reinstate: lobster is delivered from Maine every day at Ammos. This is no ordinary lobster-but since when are we interested in ordinary anything?!
First the lobster is brilliantly steamed and then it is lightly sauteed with garlic: whole lobster pieces! You will absolutely revel in them and bien sur mes amis they are the star of the show on this plate.
An innovative medium salsa with diced mango, diced tomatoes, garlic, onions, serrano peppers, fresh lime juice and avocado puree elegantly enhances this wonder of the sea that should be your next dinner.
Oh and P.S. the shell of the lobster is just for decoration.
Bruno did all the work and you will never have a need for a seafood cracker or a seafood fork for these dishes we speak about today.
