We may be smooth here, but we certainly are not mellow! We've tried a lot of shampoos in 15 years, and this is one of the best based on our newfound knowledge of it.

Stephen’s Pro Tips
1. The fact is: everyone's body chemistry differs, so my recommendation is to shampoo as needed. A cleaner scalp is a healthier scalp.
2. For all of my shampoos, I recommend either a quarter or nickle size amount depending on your hair length and amount. For shoulder length hair or longer, I recommend using a quarter-size amount. For shorter hair, use a nickel-size amount.
3. Always rinse shampoo out thoroughly from scalp to ends. I recommend one shampoo; if your hair is on the oilier side, you can wash a 2nd time. For curly/frizzy hair type, I suggest a cool rinse after shampooing seal in moisture to smooth hair.
4. Massage shampoo directly to the scalp, don't ruff up you hair. Rinse thoroughly. Do not need to scrub the ends fully.
5. Sometimes it's good to switch up your shampoos to keep it looking healthy. If your hair is thick or coarse, I recommend you use Smooth Mellow Shampoo but you can also use Natural Touch periodically. For finer hair types, you can start with Light Bouce and switch it up with Natural Touch Shampoo. ***For our SKNY men, I recommend shampooing the beard as a way to tame & calm facial hair.
