Luxuriant flavor awaits your discriminating palate that will be elevated by ladolemono flavor and perfect moist quality. Of course it is served whole on a plate, and this supreme Mediterranean Sea Bass is gorgeously flaky and fresh, boasting white meat grilled to perfection.

It's beautifully deboned (not fileted: there are always a few extra bones) and freshly arrives in style straight from the authenticity of Mediterranean waters.

Well, Peachy has been eating it since 2011 and is regularly raving about it and we always say actions speak louder than words. Ammos Estiatorio infuses this poisson with sea salt, ladolemono, pepper, oregano and just the right touch of mustard to create the exquisite balance of nuance to light up your dining experience.
It's served closed, sprinkled with capers and ladolemono on top with a parsley garnish.
A fresh lemon wedge further accentuates the citrus theme.
