DO & CO, Cut and Taste, Patina Restaurant Group and Local Vendors to Curate Luxurious Menus and Culinary Delights for All Three Days of Race Weekend, November 21-23
FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX announces a lineup from culinary experts at DO & CO, Cut and Taste, Patina Restaurant Group and several local vendors to elevate a variety of fan experiences with top-tier food and beverage offerings during race weekend, November 21-23, 2024. Attendees will enjoy the combination of exhilarating on-track action and world-class entertainment with upscale menus in various fan zones and luxury hospitality spaces across the Las Vegas Strip Circuit™.

DO & CO – who has catered for over 27 Formula 1 seasons and serving VIP guests at 19 Grands Prix in 18 countries – will provide all-inclusive food and beverages for guests at the event’s three luxury hospitality spaces including Paddock Club™, Wynn Grid Club and Skybox. Menu highlights include luxurious offerings like premium steaks and seafood, fresh-made pastas, craft cocktails and more.
Details on activations and food and beverage offerings for Paddock Club™ Rooftop will be announced in the coming months.
Two F1® Garages will be transformed into luxurious, food-focused trackside experiences led by Chef Gordon Ramsay and Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ Papi Steak. Ramsay’s Garage will offer three days of diverse cuisine, including live-action stations, an Asian-inspired 'eating house’ and a 'Cool Britannia' feast. The Papi Steak F1® Garage will blend high-energy dining with Fontainebleau hospitality, creating an exclusive entertainment-packed setting alongside the high-speed thrills of race week.
Cut and Taste – a Las Vegas-based company known for culinary creativity – will curate all-inclusive menus for attendees at Turn 3 Club and Club Overtake, blending fresh ingredients with the destination’s vibrant nightlife scene. Cocktails, beer, wine and spirits are also available daily, provided by Las Vegas’ Events with a Twist.
Menu highlights include:Cocktails (Available Daily): Belvedere Spiced Pear, made with Belvedere Vodka, pear puree, lemon juice, vanilla bean simple syrup and spiced bitters; Volcan Blanco Pomegranate Margarita, constructed with Volcan Blanco, pomegranate, coconut, lime juice and rimmed with black salt; and Hennessy Tart Cherry Side Car, mixed with Hennessy VS, Dry Curaçao, lemon juice, tart cherry juice, cinnamon-infused simple syrup and orange Bitters.
Food (Varies by Date): Ahi Tuna Tataki, with vanilla ponzu, Szechuan compressed chayote and fermented garlic aioli; Sous Vide Beef Tenderloin, served with tart cherry reduction, miso potato puree, heirloom carrots and lotus chips; and Roasted Cauliflower, topped with a pine nut gremolata, sweety drop peppers and a sweet potato coconut cream.
Patina Restaurant Group – founded in Los Angeles 35 years ago and today a division of global hospitality company Delaware North – is a premium restaurant and catering group renowned for its unique collection of experiential dining concepts in landmark destinations across the United States. This year, the company’s Patina Catering arm will provide a rotating menu of all-inclusive food for fans in the Heineken® Silver Main Grandstand, T-Mobile Grandstands, West Harmon Grandstands, Heineken® GA+ and T-Mobile General Admission.
Menu highlights from Patina Restaurant Group include:Farro Mediterranean Bowl, with artichoke, feta, olives and red wine vinaigrette.
Mushroom Tinga Taco, comprising of macadamia nut ricotta and smoked pimento aioli on a corn tortilla.
Fried Chicken, wrapped in a potato bun with bread & butter pickles and ranch dressing.
Pressed Burger, topped with American cheese, pickles, signature sauce and toasted potato roll.
Apple Pie Taquito, finished with a maple caramel sauce.
Water and soft drinks will be complimentary. Cocktails, beer and wine served by Oak View Group will be available at all general admission and grandstand tickets for purchase.
Located along the Koval Straightaway, the Flamingo Zone by Caesars Rewards® will become a high-energy fan experience with interactive F1® activations and live entertainment.
