#ChampagneWishes #HolidayPeachy #KindofWild #Organic Brut Nature Sparkling D.O. Cava Highly Recommended by #WhomYouKnow by #AdamSager #JordanSager #KatieLeeBiegel and #ToddNelson Since 2021 @KatieLeeKitchen @winesellersltd
It's never been who you know, it's WHOM YOU KNOW and Kind of Wild earned accolades last week for their outstanding Sauvignon Blanc, Highly Recommended. Today, we kick off the week with this brilliant effervescent Brut Nature Sparking from Spain, not far from Barcelona says the wine's back label (where Mover and Shaker Scott Dragos once played for the Dragons right after we graduated from BC.) The holiday season starts now with Thanksgiving and similar to the commercial where it says a certain time of night do you know where your children are...we in turn say, it's the Holiday Season, readers! DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR BUBBLY IS? And if you are still thinking, your answer is: right here! Our panel unanimously adored the spectacular celebratory flavor and naturally, the bubbles. And natural has a double entendre in that sentence because you can't get more natural than organic grapes. This yields a crisp and refreshing sparkling cava that is sure to easily pair with all of your edibles this holiday season with its pronounced shining versatility. TIME TO GET YOUR HOLIDAY PARTY STARTED!!! This is the best way to do it and here's why this one is special:
THE REEF
CORAL REEFS PROVIDE HABITAT FOR COUNTLESS UNDERWATER SPECIES, SUPPORTING BIODIVERSITY UNMATCHED IN THE NATURAL WORLD. THE SYMBIOTIC RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CORAL, FISH AND MARINE MAMMALS ARE CRUCIAL FOR THE LONGEVITY OF OUR REEFS. IT’S ESTIMATED THAT HALF OF THE WORLD’S REEFS HAVE DISAPPEARED IN THE LAST 50 YEARS DUE TO CLIMATE CHANGE, OVERFISHING AND POLLUTION. WE MUST WORK TOGETHER TO PRESERVE WHAT WE HAVE LEFT AND REBUILD WHAT WE’VE LOST.
Region: Penedes, Spain (D.O. Cava)
This Catalan region in northeast Spain spreads towards the Montserrat mountain range that shields it from the cold north winds. The mild winters protect the vineyards from frost and rains help the vines remain healthy heading into spring budbreak. As the summer approaches, the sunshine and the low humidity from the proximity to the Mediterranean help a balanced enrichment of sugar, acid and primary aromas; perfect for the production of Cava (D.O. sparkling wines).
Varietal:
40% Xarel-l o , 35% Macabeo, 25% Parellada
Profile: We crafted this swanky sparkling wine with a multi-generational family grower a stone’s throw from Barcelona and produced it in the traditional method (2nd fermentation in the bottle). This beautiful bubbly has an elegant aroma with notes of stone fruits, a palate with fine and persistent bubbles, and a soft, delicate and well-balanced mouthfeel. The texture from 12 months aging and zero-sugar dosage rounds out the finish with a hint of toastiness and notes of dried fruits.

Why Choose Kind of Wild
We've torn the label back and ventured into the wild to return with this collection of world-class wines made with organic grapes.
If you’re like us, you’re concerned about what might hide behind the pretty label in the wine you love. Conventional wines can use a long list of chemicals in the vineyards and winemaking that end up in the soils and in the finished wine you drink.
Thankfully, for all of us, Kind of Wild is wine obsessed. We’ve spent years crafting wines that are not only made from organic grapes and grown using sustainable farming practices but are also the most outstanding wines the earth has to offer. We’ve gone direct to the roots, to some of the world’s greatest appellations forging partnerships, and expertly crafted a collection for wine lovers like us. It’s been kind of wild, but we think you’ll agree, it’s been worth it.
Kind of Wild is a collection of global discoveries devoted to rewilding the planet, producing wines that are kindly crafted and kinder to you
When you choose Kind of Wild wines, you’re buying more than wine. You’re supporting growers across the globe who believe in creating a sustainable future by improving soil health, diminishing soil erosion, keeping natural waters free from chemicals and having a positive, lasting impact on the local ecosystem. We believe by supporting these growers; we can encourage others to adopt organic and regenerative farming.
It’s a huge win — kinder to the planet, leading to more choice in quality wines that are kindly crafted and kinder to you.
Together, we can do something Kind of Wild.

Our Founders
