As the weather cools down, there's nothing that hits the spot with as much handcrafted edible luxury as Sebastian Marzaro's incredible Bigoi! The freshly-made thick pasta envelops your senses as he crafts a dozen different ways to make you love it! We have been raving about Bigoi Venezia (the second word means Venice as in Italy of course) since we discovered it in 2017, and again bragged about it in 2018. It was elevated to Peachy's Picks two years ago in 2022, and we last visited Sebastian this past spring in 2024.

If you are in Manhattan, it should be no surprise to you that old man winter has snuck up on us! Grana e Pepe: Cream, Grana Padano Cheese and Pepper presents a rich, soft, satiny presentation that will be a distinct pleasure to twirl on your fork. Allow us to re-emphasize all pasta (Bigoi) is made fresh to order and you will taste the quality in each and every bite. This is truly the ferrari of pasta and cheese.

Sebastian grew up in the Alps of Venice and his Nonna Amabile (grandmother) used to make this with him and her culinary legacy is your pleasure to dine upon.

Next, personally Peachy always loves Piselli e Prosciutto: Peas, Ham and Cream.

Initially, naturally she adored the Pink and Green and tries to incorporate this color combination in all aspects of life, of course originally inspired by our fellow late alum, Lilly.

Beyond that, the flavor is beyond amazing and the perfect punctuations of ham and peas make this a total must for your palate.

Ragu di Manzo is the signature Ground Beef, Tomatoes, Onions and Celery, in perfect proportion.

It's even better when you let it SNOW! Of course, that's grated cheese and the authenticity and quality cannot be beat. Every bite is a pleasure and the classic wonder envelops the spirit of Christmas. In fact, if you want Santa to be good to you, we'd suggest this trumps cookies and milk any day!
