#READTHIS @skyhorsepub #AmericanValues by @RobertKennedyJr #RobertFKennedyJr Earns Whom You Know's Highest Recommendation

We wish RFK Jr. all the best in his future Washington endeavors with our amazing 45th and 47th President and this team has shown the world that cooperation and putting America first is the way to go!  We were delighted to crack open RFK's book, published in 2018.  President Kennedy told him: "I never vote for the party; I always vote for the man." (p. 155)  Surely his entire family above is smiling down on RFK Jr. today.

This work is truly comprehensive, spanning the whole Kennedy history starting with its Boston origins.  At Boston College, Peachy took a class for an entire semester with the legend Thomas O'Connor based on his extensive research for his book, The Boston Irish.  Of course the Kennedys are included.  The beginning of this book starts off with the Kennedy history and we like that it is chronological in nature.  He credits Grandmother Rose as teaching him that the American Revolution began as a protest against excessive corporate power. (p.43)

Super well-written, American Values details priceless moments only a family member could tell you, and RFK Jr. does it in the most entertaining way.  He will regale you with Kennedy wit, humor, intelligence and everything that American has come to love about this family for countless decades.  Did you know Caroline told her father he was President? (p.95)  There was no shortage of excitement in this family with Tina Tuner and John Lennon added (p. 173)  You'll also learn that the Skakels are super colorful too; we featured ETHEL previously.

RFK Jr. also has a superior vocabulary and we were often consulting our dictionary.  His descriptive talents are also commendable: "...while watching nurse sharks cruise through the glassine faces of cotton candy-blue waves." (p. 31)  You'll also learn from him about how to face grief.

We would caution you against speed reading this.  You don't want to miss anything.   Also, Joe Alsop mentioned on page 162 we believe is from Avon, Connecticut as told to Peachy many years ago by her grandfather.

American Values by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has earned Whom You Know's Highest Recommendation.
