The Inspired Home Show 2025 kicks off Day 2 at Chicago’s McCormick Place today. This premier global housewares marketplace brings 1,600 exhibitors and retail buyers from 100 countries to determine what will be on store shelves in the year ahead. This year marks the 125th Show, which originated in Chicago in 1939 and is produced by the International Housewares Association.

MONDAY, MARCH 3 HIGHLIGHTS:

Celebrity Chefs and in-booth demonstrations include: Chef Thomas Keller, renowned chef of The French Laundry, Per Se, and Bouchon Bistro, will participate in Behind the Flame, a conversation about his cookware collaboration with Hestan Culinary. Booth#S3601, at 10 am.

Drinkmate will help attendees start their day on the right foot with “Mimosas and Muffins” courtesy of their countertop carbonation systems – not just for sparkling water! Booth #N8126, 10 am – noon.

The first female Iron Chef Cat Cora will demo her new line of kitchen essentials at the HIC - Harold Import Company booth, #S2219 at 11 am, 2 pm, and 3:30 pm.

Baking isn’t just for the oven! Chef Lars Liebisch will demonstrate how to bake a healthier, effortless stovetop treat in a nonstick frying pan from Fissler. Booth #S4028, 2:30-3:30 pm.

Keynotes include: The 2025 Home and Living Survey: New Insights on the Everyday Realities Driving Consumer Demand with Trend Expert Tom Mirabile of Springboard Futures (10 am).

Color and Design Future Trends: Welcome Home with Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone® Color Institute (1 pm).

Expos feature everything you can imagine for the home + housewares industry. Other key attractions include special areas for pet products, candles and travel gear, as well as winners of this year’s Global Innovation Awards (gia) awards for products, retail and student design.
