It's never been who you know, it's WHOM YOU KNOW and we certainly know Ammos Estiatorio, and it has been a Peachy's Pick since 2011, located just west of Grand Central Terminal at 52 Vanderbilt Avenue led by Founder, Owner and Executive Chef Dimitris Nakos. Previously, Whom You Know was honored to attend and cover this event in 2023 with Ammos. Showcased by Ammos Estiatorio, Seafood Ceviche and Zucchini Fritters were the stars of the show and they were enjoyed tremendously by the stylish crowd with discriminating taste and good cheer! The signature tasting event Grand Gourmet – The Flavor of Midtown® was held Thursday, February 27, 2025 at Cipriani 42nd Street and it was a smashing success! The event featured more than 30 of Midtown East's finest restaurants, bars, lounges, and shops. Net proceeds benefitted homeless services programs in Midtown East.

Ammos is obviously the best beach in Manhattan and avid readers know that Ammos translated means sand in Greek.
